Deleting your data

Applies to every Rumbaho account, including accounts created with Google or Facebook.

How to ask

Email privacy@rumbaho.com from the address on your account, or from the email linked to the Google or Facebook profile you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm receipt within two business days.

What is deleted

Your customer record (business details, contact details, sign-in methods), everything we prepared for your account, and any content still waiting to be published. Posts and reels already published to your own Facebook Page or Instagram account stay there — they are yours, on your accounts — unless you delete them yourself.

How long it takes

Deletion completes within 30 days of your request. We keep only what the law requires us to keep (invoices, if any were issued).
