1. What Rumbaho is
Rumbaho is a done-for-you social media service operated by Ace Consultants Canada Inc., Ottawa, Canada. We create social media content for your business — posts, images, narrated video reels — and publish it to your own social media accounts on your behalf.
2. The beta
The service is currently in beta. The beta includes, at no charge for one month from your account's activation: up to two posts and one reel per week, published to the Facebook Page and/or Instagram account you connect — either or both, your choice; the beta covers these two platforms. On alternate weeks the reel is an avatar presenter video using our house presenter and your branding.
Because it is a beta: the exact content mix may vary week to week, features may change, and we may pause or end the beta program with reasonable notice. When the free month ends, publishing stops unless you move to a paid plan (when available). Everything already published stays on your accounts.
3. Your account
To register you must provide accurate business details and be authorised to act for that business. We verify beta registrations and may decline or close an account that misrepresents itself. Keep your login credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your website and your rights
You confirm that the website you give us is your business's own and that we may use its text, branding and imagery to create your content. If any material on your website is not yours to use, do not point us at it.
5. Connecting your social accounts
You connect your Facebook Page and Instagram account through the platforms' own authorisation screens. We never ask for, receive, or store your social media passwords. You may disconnect at any time, which stops our publishing. You must comply with each platform's own terms of use.
6. The content we make
We draft content from your website and the details you provide, and we review it before it publishes. We do not knowingly publish claims your own materials do not support. If anything published is wrong or unwanted, tell us and we will correct, remove or stop it. Content published to your accounts is yours. The tools, templates and systems that made it remain ours.
7. What we promise — and what we can't
We will run the service with reasonable skill and care. We cannot and do not promise reach, engagement, followers, or business results, and during the beta the service is provided as-is. For a free beta account, our total liability is limited to re-performing the service; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Ending things
You can close your account at any time by telling us. We can close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service. Either way, published content stays on your pages and our publishing stops.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to your registered email. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
